finished the calling Support the Court Lady Moonberry isnt present to turn in the calling the NPC thats typically of her standing next to the Heart of The forest is there but she has no dialogue or option to turn in the Quest. my minimap shows shes present with a question mark but there no NPC

I am having the same problem. Minimap shows a quest turn in, but Lady Moonberry is nowhere to be found.
Okay, I figured it out. While the quest marker for Moonberry is in the Heart of the Forest… Moonberry is in Oribos. You have to go there first, speak to her, then fly back to the Heart and she’ll be there.
Still consider this a bug because the quest marker is sending you to the wrong place, but that gives you a work around for now.
