If you wish to appeal the decision, tickets are your only recourse. If it’s been four days already, you still likely have another 2-4 left of waiting time. There isn’t any way to push it any faster, and the title of yours is woefully incorrect. Tickets are responded to 24/7. It’s just that the system is so very bogged down and they’re trying to clear out the queue as fast and accurately as possible. It’s as frustrating to them as it is to us players. Tickets are answered in the order that they were received, so as soon as those who are in front of you are assisted, they’ll then be working on yours.
I would advise you against making so many threads about the same issue. Your appeal will not be handled over the forums and posting over and over again will only get you suspended from here as well as your account. And too, Website Bug Report? So not the right forum by any stretch.
