Admitting that you even have a problem is the first and arguably most important step.
Have you checked the call boards in Org…errr…Stormwind to see if there already exists a support group for six month subbers? It’d be worth taking a look.
I know that’s where I look to find the next AA meeting that I often attend (Altoholics Anonymous).

But there is no problem! Access to the game is the problem, six month subs are the solution. 
I just sub for six to play the game and chat here, and it’s cheaper. The bonus goodies are only extra candy.

It’s like 13 dollars a month… I’m not sure why this is a constant topic of conversation.
I’ve spent $25 for beer I didn’t even like. Gave most of it away to a brother in law who helps me on house stuff. Kept like a sixer for BBQ reasons. A southern friend showed me the ways of bbq cooking with beer.
Doesn’t need to be great tasting beer for that. Case of steaks that alcohol is more to act as a liquid tenderizer. Grilling burns off the alcohol at some point.
You just have to try not to think…so whats this doing to my liver lol. As you down good beer number 5.
I also purchase the 6-month sub. I enjoy playing alts and farming old content. I really like leveling in Torghast. I log onto an alt, do the Torghast daily, and log off. It’s a nice alternative to leveling via quests, which I also do on other alts.
Hi Gedpriest, I just have one question for you.
Do you know for a fact that you’ll be playing for the next 6 months?
If so, then there is no shame in getting free stuff for paying for what you’d otherwise already be paying for.
Plus, 6 month subs are technically cheaper.
I’ve been subbing 6mth intervals since the start because it’s cheaper and from doing that have saved enough money to buy most of the other things on the cash shop. 
More than that, I just get the 6mth subscription things for free because I just show up and they’re in my gift box.
I’m going to get 6 month subs regardless since I’m going to play regardless lol

Hi I’m Wild and I keep subbing 6 month because I’m probably going to be playing for a long while and I’d rather save $.
The free stuff is cool but my character looks exactly how I want him to look, with the exact mount I want him to ride, so the extras aren’t part of my decision to sub 6mo. The murlocs are cute and some of my alts are wearing them.

We should never use the logic that making dumb decisions is particular of dumb people.
You might be a smart person who did a dumb action for impulse or misjudgement.
But 6 month sub to a game that is in the state WoW is now is ultra dumb.
And I might know that. That is why I am here even if the last time I played wow was months ago. And to add insult to injure, I was reminded that I recruited a friend to this crap by having a reward delivered. 
Not only I was dumb to do it, I was dumb to drag someone to do it.
