What is the point of having the support tab still in the game if it just continuously loads and never pulls anything up and also same thing for submitting a ticket because no matter what you put in the boxes you can’t actually submit one!?

Remember when support staff actually played game-master characters that would show up in-game in front of your character when they were helping you address an issue?
That level of support feels like such a pipe dream now.
