Super Squirt Pet Week

With tomorrow’s weekly reset it will be bonus pet xp week and Squirt is always up at the anniversary event. So you’ll have all week for easy pet leveling.

Kinda lose the convenience of the free pet heals from an NPC 3 steps away from Squirt. But if you have enough pet Band-Aids it’ll work out.

Safari Hat :white_check_mark:
A level 1 pet to 25 in just two battles? :white_check_mark: :white_check_mark:

Now if only Squirt could help me complete Brutal Pet Brawler somehow… send her into the queue as my representative or something idk lol

If you’ve even half-heartedly worked pet WQs lately, you’ll have so many Pet Bandages by now you can handle most anything. Blizzard’s filler to ration the useful drops.

They stack to 5,000 now.

Oh I learned something. I thought it was still 250 so ive been kinda skipping them lol

In the interest of helping new arrivals, like myself. I found a strat that doesn’t involve hard to acquire pets.

In fact, you just need one pet. The only drawback is, depending on RNG and what family your carry pet belongs to, a level one carry pet may or may not survive.

The pet you will need is an S/S Rose Taipan. Rose Taipans are easy to capture in the wild. You’ll need to go to Legion for this. The only difficulty is in acquiring the right breed. You must use S/S.

The abilities you need are (2, 1, 2): That is, Slot 1: Vicious Fang, Slot 2: Puncture Wound, Slot 3: Blinding poison.

Deebs comes in, you use Blinding Poison. Blinding Poison is your opener for all of Squirt’s pets. With Blinding Poison on any of Squirt’s pets, they have a 0% chance of hitting you for two rounds, and are considered both blinded and poisoned.

Follow up with Puncture Wound, since it does extra damage while the target is poisoned, then use Vicious Fang x3. By the time any of Squirt’s pets even hits you once, they will already be down to 50% or below.

When Tyri comes in, Blinding Poison and Puncture Wound will be off CD, so do the same thing, Blinding Poison, Puncture Wound, Vicious Fang x3. Tyri dead. Even if you miss once or twice, due to Darkness, you will still win. Bad RNG is not a problem. Very bad RNG will be.

Puzzle comes in, swap in carry pet, bring back Rose Taipan, same thing. Blinding Poison, Puncture Wound, Vicious Fang x2 (thanks to the buff of Coin Toss that Puzzle hits you with, plus Rose Taipan’s Beast pet buff, it will only take two hits of Vicious Fang).

Done.

And for the record, I have two S/S Rose Taipans, and they are surprisingly powerful. If I can’t think of anything else to use, I go with these. They’re faster than just about anything, and Blinding Poison and Puncture Wound are a devastating combo.

Just today, I was fighting two Pet Tamers next to Squirt by the Caverns. A single Rose Taipan (with healing in between battles, of course) took out all three pets of both tamers, without a single swap.
