Quality set to 10, highest AA etc and capped at 120 to my monitor @1440p. Freaking awesome. Yes it’s overkill 2080ti but retail isn’t anywhere near this smoothness unless i turn stuff down.

retail sucks with this so bad
cant even play it on new computers properly its so bad. you need modern gfx card for like 14 year old game.

Yeah in Bor to keep 60fps with toons i need to set a lot to much lower. I can hit 120+ in some areas where there arent toons running about.

Sucks in raids too because to have smooth fos i actually need to turn things dow to low!

Need fast (Ghz) CPU too. GPU alone is not enough. Number of players and objects is CPU.

I’m shooting for Ryzen 9 3900X next month. Need the IPC.

BFA on max settings, 190fps… what sort of computer are you using :neutral_face:

Try Illidan, Area 52, Stormrage (A), Sargeras (A) servers. I doubt you can get 100+ FPS on Boralus or Dazar.

Start save for a RYZEN 5 + Used AMD 470 card = 4.0 ghz / 12 cores cpu + 5 teraflops GPU this is like 250 USD with more potency than PS4-PRO/XBOX-X due these consoles are using a weak 6 years outdated 2.2 GHZ cpu

I got classic running ultra settings on my 5 year old PC, i5-4950 gtx760 at 120 fps 1440p. That’s a bit of a relief I heard it would be a lot slower but isn’t the case.

(i turned down ground clutter though because it’s overkill)

I also appreciate that Blizzard prioritizes making fun games over trying to make their game look pretty. I’m very happy I can play the game on my potato.

I was getting 100 fps locked at 4k during the stress test with people everywhere, setting 7 with a R5 2600x and rx 580 8gb red devil no oc. Game is easy to run and im glad i dont need to upgrade to do 4k !!!

I am not. I was getting 60-80 on average (100 if I stared straight up or down), whilst on retail I routinely get 150+. Not sure what the deal is.
