I used control undead on a Defender of Many Eyes. His Bulwark of Maldraxxus then becomes your spell, on an unbeleivable 10 second cd. 90 percent damage reduction. You can toggle it to automatically go off or control it yourself with a keybind. I used it on Domina Venomblade just ignoring the Broodblade Assasins throwing axes with their Assasinate spell and stacking on the boss. The healer was having a pretty easy time! On Margrave Stradama it really helped as well. It was only a Mythic 7, but I felt a huge difference using this hack vs a Pally tank I am leveling that is geared the same.

I am not a super mythic plus runner, but if I was competitive and one of those teams competeting in MDI, I would totally grab one of these dudes in the competitions. I wonder why none of them have! Many teams now in 9.2 are running BLood Tank.

for one then with that you can not pop the zombies and sacrifice him for health.
with a control undead.

I’m quite surprised if it is 90%. Mobs DKs control tend to have reduced effectiveness on those unique abilities.

This isnt really a “hack”…it is just using a normal DK spell to your benefit

idk, its what the tooltip says, and we were taking almost no damage in the bubble

I thought it was only like 20% effective for players.

well, even if it is 20%, it was a huge enough damage reduction that we were all 100% health really easily. I need to go back this week and test it more and confirm. Still an amazing defense cd :slight_smile: I’m no pro, like I said, but it seems kind of cool!

It’s 10% DR.

lol hack. someone finally found out they have a control undead spell… lets hope mages don’t find out about their spell steal ability or priests if they find out they can mind control mobs and buff the party. oh my.
