Super Guild Invite problems

Trying to use the 8.0 superguildinvite reborn and it isn’t loading. The coding is super buggy and now I’m trying to see if there’s a fix for it that any may know or if there’s an alternative to this add-on that serves the same purpose! Please help!

That addon should be classified as a spambot and banned.

While it can be seen as that, it isn’t nessarily spam because unless they just keep sending you invites it can be ignored.

Looks like the creator has bailed, and it has had its listing removed from Curseforge.

I wouldn’t mind it so much if almost all the guild names weren’t bad and cliché sounding.

Maybe this is why the hundreds of whispers per day have stopped. I don’t get the invites because I have that turned off but I get the whispers and they flash by occasionally.

how about you don’t?

that addon and the people who spam it are pretty much universally hated.

you can build a guild without resorting to cheap telemarketing style tactics

Can we block Guilds? Cause I’d block guilds so hard! If I’m level 1-120 and I don’t have a guild name above my head there’s probably a chance that that’s on purpose. Don’t spam me bro!

You can block guild invites in the options menu under social I think?

Best Known Alternative: Stop using it.

It is nothing but unsolicited spam and people despise it.

I should not have to ignore it in the first place. Or the second place. Or the twenty third place.

It is insanely annoying and absolutely should be classified as spam, and punishable in the same way. I should not get bombarded with requests on a new toon before I can message a member of my guild for an invite.

We need to all do our part and report players for spamming when they send automated messages. get their silence penalties racked up.
