Therea also a 4.00 speed axe that gets reduced to 1.2 AS and its proc is 350 to 400 damage lmao so lit.
If the Jackhammer is still as rare as it usually is maybe one person or so in all of SoD will probably have one. Although I guess with not much to do in phase 2 besides raid-log there may be a higher than usual number of people farming Uldaman for BoEs.

Just the pummeler alone is mad dps, so is the new 2h mace that knocks people silly.
pummeler is 2.0 speed? it would be used for swapping only I believe. damage per hit calc is based on the base speed of a weapon so a 3.6 weapon with 600 ap would get 154ish per swing while pummeler would get 85. WF counts as a white hit x2 without normalization.
also no pally or shammy should be taking those til the ferals get them tbh. Its so insane for them.
