I totally agree, very poor customer experience, including false advertising and unfair trade practices on the AH with the bait and switch. As a casual player who doesnât have or make a lot of GOLD, I lost almost all my gold (25k+) due to the bug and the only compensation that BLIZZ gave was a cheap set of green 170 gear so I wasnât naked.
