As per the title, the ST Class Quests are missing.
Please address this ASAP.
Perhaps it’s because it’s phase 1?
Were those quests in the game from launch?

Im not sure, thats a good point. However the Hinterlands hub was not, yet it is present now.

It should be noted that the “world” is the same as it was in patch 1.12, but thing’s aren’t “active”.
i.E. battlegrounds not till phase 3, but there are already battlemaster’s in town you just can’t que.
Not a bug, was implemented phase 5. you didn’t even look this up before submitting a “bug”?

According to your logic, I should be able go to Cenarion Hold see and a whole lot more NPCs than there are. Yet they aren’t there.
The inclusion of some NPCs and exclusions of others is not matching what you are trying to say.
