Sunblessed Hawkstrider

So when I saw that Lightforged Draenei finally got their own Paladin mount (really happy for you guys) It kind of made me think, I’d kind of like an updated Blood elf Paladin mount that’s a Hawkstrider, using today’s graphics to really make a mount worthy of a blood knight.

EDIT: I changed the title from Lightblessed to Sunblessed. I kind of wanted it to be the opposite of Void elves Starcursed Hawkstrider. So, Sunblessed!

Yes I like this.
Maybe while they are spending the time to make it they could make a few other paladin racial mounts for us and throw us that bone

And girls, but yes that is super cool. I will have to check it out.

My Blood Elf paladin rides the Grinning Reaver, its very fitting, who wants a stupid horse or bird when you can ride something that eats horses and birds…

Yea I just checked it out. Does a really cool hop thing and looks really cool too.
Called Lightforged Ruinstrider.

I think it works better. Blood elves tend to talk about the power of “the sun” more than “the light”.

original post 7/10, edited post 10/10. Sunblessed and your reasoning are both badass

As little ng as it doesn’t replace my swank black charger.

Outdoors fine, but steed spell switches over to Pally Race mounts, he’d be the 1st to the raid boss on his Sunblessed Hawkstrider. Grinning Reaver is a huge fav of mine considering it was a B-Day gift from somebody at the time was 80 y/o old and didn’t even understand the concept of a digital item and is no longer with us. It’ll always remain close to my heart. But in a Pally conversation I wouldn’t rank it even in the top 25

Funny enough, that a sun is a star - So in essence, you could call it ‘Starblessed’ and it would mean the same thing, but it’d have a good opposing dynamic to it.

‘Starcursed Hawkstrider VS Starblessed Hawkstrider’ :yum:

… That being said, I’d like if all of the Blood Elves in general got access to the mount, and not just paladins. Maybe give pallies a crimson-red ‘Blood Knight’ colour variant of it.
— Both would be a good nose touch reference to the direction of their people, evolving culture, the Sunwell and as stated earlier — good opposing dynamics to the Void Elves.
