When attempting to start the quest for Summons from Dorian, Dorian doesn’t appear in Port Fogtide. There’s no quest marker on the map to indicate location either. I’ve fully logged out, restarted my game, disabled add-ons. No fix has worked so far.

I didn’t get the quest Summons from Dorian either. I open a ticket. It’s 2021 it is really annoying that players are still having this issue.
This is MANY years later but I, too, ran into this bug. I realized I had to go south and complete Gorak Tul’s Influence then the little elemental popped up next to me. Hope this helps any new players who may have run across this issue.
