There will be a network of bots at every stone selling ports. Travel hubs will become empty and meaningless. The whole player base will just be teleporting all over the world.
Wont be playing seasonal classic if this change makes it into the game.

They already teleport. Only difference is the bot was a warlock with 2 other bots.

I don’t really like it either but I understand why some people want it. I’m willing to compromise. It’s what adults do.
Summoning stones are an example of an acceptable, minor change.
Something like dual spec is the opposite: way too big and unacceptable.

Wasting 20-25mins on flight path from teldrassil or booty bay is beyond asinine. Time wasting is not “content” its not “gameplay”. clicking on and afking for 10-25 mins to get somewhere in the world is ridiculous.

Summoning stones will turn into Tarren Mill wpvp quite frequently. The argument this is bad for wpvp is silly. It is bad for ganking solo players running to dungeons by large groups of idiots, but it will ultimately encourage large wpvp events at the stones themselves.
Yeah you must’ve missed the army of summon bots anyway.
I didn’t need to travel anywhere unless i felt like it… i would pay 2g or ask a guildie on argual alliance… and we are the underdogs on the server… DM ports outside DM, mara… darkmoon faire anywhere annoying for alliance to get to.
Lol I can’t believe people are losing it over summoning stones. I’m sorry but it isn’t 2005 the journey is over, your’e never gonna have that fellowship of the ring traveling to mount doom experience again. Its done and gone.

Meh, I don’t think the summoning stone will be that impactful to the game tbh.
I’d rather have summoning stones than paying gold sellers for summons across the world
