I want to see a WoW Summer Event where they pick a beach in WoW and Throw a beach party. Must pay to get in, multi floaties transmogs, rubber ducky toys, picnic toys, floatables to lay on in the water, beach hats, swim suits, beach balls, etc. all earnable by just participating, maybe the more you participate your get some points to spend at the beach vendor,

Actually, there ARE a such a place. No cost but it appears to be a beach (well, lake based) resort with npc’s relaxing. I stumbled on it in the quest chain that started from a letter found on the ground in Dalaran. Everyone, well perhaps not Nightborn, should do it since it ends up as a reward an ability to summon a servant that function as a mailbox.
By the way, if they fixed the spa in Valdrakken by phasing out all the hostile elementals and such once the quest there is done, we have another. And more could be added…

If memory serves it is in the mountains between Feralas and Silithius. In any case if you go to Dalaran and look at the ground below the mailbox that are by the stairs up of the Counsil’s palace and you cannot miss it.

There’s a spot in the Waking Shores that multiple NPCs are having a beach party and you’re sent on a quest to talk to this NPC there. They can use that spot as a micro-holiday!

When using the flying carpet mount, for most races it pretty much look like surfing. A surfboard mount should definitely be possible to design.

I have two more weeks until my students are graduated, my aides are fleeing, and I myself am swaddled up in my bed, catching up on much-needed sleep.
(Teacher life, you know?)
But if this ever comes to WoW, I absolutely am gonna make it a new tradition for myself to start my summers this way — by having a beach day in WoW!
