Sulfuron Slammer (the alcoholic beverage purchased from the bar in BRD) currently doesn’t do self-damage. In the original TBC, it did 4 fire damage ever 3 seconds, for 6 seconds.
When you drink the Slammer, you do gain the 6 second buff that should be doing damage to you, but it doesn’t do anything.
