any update on this? Have had friends locked off the server since launch week or before. This is nonsense.

Please unlock Sulfuras! Alliance pop is dwindling and I know a lot of people would love to transfer here.

This is getting ridiculous. The server has been locked for months and is dying as a result. All the ally players are transferring to horde which is just making the problem worse. Does Blizzard do anything to maintain their servers anymore?

Please open the server mods. This server went from HIGH → MEDIUM and a lot guilds are suffering as people are quitting from burnout.

Could we get some insight in to locked server plans? The inability to tranfer in to sulf at this point has resulted in the alliance faction changing to Horde and the alliance population to nearly vanish completely. I feel like we are at a point where additional consolidations are necessary, and people not even having the ability to PAY for a character move is going to force the situation we had in TBC that resulted in FREE xfers to sulf, because small servers are continuing to die.
Please offer some insight as to when we may be able to stabilize our server before those that are left give up hope.

sulfuras locked for no reason
I’m totally screwed with this locking situation including at the Grobbulus server. I’m stuck on this server and for some reason there’s barely any alliance which is really annoying because I like world pvp. I can’t transfer to Grob where it seems more faction balanced and I have friends there as well. Literally I’m stuck

Alliance are transfering off to pagle and other destinations (with much higher populations than Sulfuras but ARE NOT LOCKED). Some waited a long time but finally lost hope. This was blatant neglect from Blizzard. It’s obvious they don’t care and aren’t monitoring the situation whatsoever.
Server sitting at 1.9% alliance, 98.1% horde from Ironforge pro. This was at worse a 45/55 server after the transfers and initial lock.
Exactly, the fact that nothing is being addressed nor being looked into states the obvious. These server locks have been going on for months and there are a large number of servers insanely faction unbalanced. I can understand PVE servers but imo PVP servers need to be looked into ASAP. We pay a monthly fee and this is unacceptable. This is a deserted problem and it would be nice to hear back from Blizz.
No one is doing anything about server hygiene. As an expansion rolls through the phases, someone has to monitor health and make decisions on mergers, transfers etc because to me, dying servers is just a huge $$$ amount that blizzard will lose due to inaction. They already have the formulas to solve this. There is just 0 resources on their end assigned to this.
