Remove Chaos Incarnate and replace it for Decimating Bolt, so we have an actual good choice talent with Dimensional Rift. And then leave Avatar of Destruction alone.
Make Summon Infernal cooldown 2min by default, every class has a 2min burst cooldown, if not less.
Change the way we summon the Diabolist fiend, using Cataclysm for that isn’t good, being forced to pick this dead talent isn’t good. Not to mention we will have to waste 2 points to get it, which will be bad for PvP and PvE. If you’re removing Avatar of Destruction, use its mechanic to summon the fiend instead, or replace the fiend for Avatar of Destruction.
And make Rain of Fire baseline again.
