Hello! I would like to suggest implementing Draenei Rogues, as a new race/class combo, since you TONS of Draenei Rogues in Warlords of Draenor…also known as Rangari Scouts! Also, as another new race/class combo - Night Elf Paladins… Need I say more? If Tyrande Whisperwind was able to drop her bow and pick up a sword, and become a Night Elf Paladin, why can’t we be allowed to be Night Elf Paladins, either?
Something…something…clickity clockity…hooves.
ok but only if horde get tauren warlocks and blood elf druids
Why not why not, why not gnome paladins
Gnomes are too short to reach the light?
What about gnome paladins who can stealth and dual wield daggers?
As I always say: As long as it’s clarified they use the light of Elune and not the Naaru light.
Those are hunters, not rogues. As evident also by the fact that their armor set is mail.
This never happened. And Blizz already addressed Delaryn or whatever her name was. One NPC is not an entire race. It’s not their culture.
Ill have what youre smoking.
I’m surprised not every race in the alliance can be a paladin. All of them are crazy light worshippers anyway. Except void elves, but they are a different brand of crazy.
Ok? So why was it, that all throughout Draenor, did I see Rangari Scouts in Leather armor? Did I screw up somewhere, by not upgrading something? Also, a Hunter cannot go into Stealth mode, like a Rogue can. There were some Rangari Scouts in Stealth mode.
I would love Night Elf Paladins. Plus It would bring something new and fresh for the Alliance than Draenei Paladins, Draenei Paladins, Dwarf Paladins, Dwarf Paladins and one single Human Paladin race.
Also would like to see Draenei Rogues too.
Ever heard of Camouflage? Even without counting Camouflage many non-rogues NPCs have been able to use stealth.
This is like triyng to make Tauren rogues actually possible, their hooves are way too noisy, besides Draenei aren’t ones to lurk in the shadows or assasinate people from the back.
Devs have always mentioned that lore figures are not bound by class choices, you cannot say Tyrande is a Paladin.
She has many Warrior, Priest, Hunter traits.
Also excuse me? In lore people don’t use their bows to shoot in melee range like most Hunters NPC or even player does. She is a warrior, she can weild a lot of weapons.
I just kinda figured Tyrande went from marksman hunter/holy priest to survival hunter/shadowpriest.
/shrug
I’d be fine with nelf pallies. i actually liked the nelf follower dude from legion. (thats saying something, i dont normally like nelves following me around…)
In the books she has been even stated to train in hand to hand (unarmed) combat with leg sweeps and all that crap, throw glaives, carry swords. Use her bow, etc… I still don’t know why people think cuz someone carries a certain weapon they MUST be X class
A lot of them don’t really know/care about lore, and some just compare them to something close(ish), based on what they see in-game. I know she’s not what I listed, but it’s a simple comparison that I feel works well enough.
The Rangari set is mail. I’m not sure what set you’re talking about. The same set they were wearing is the set we got as a quest reward that my Draenei Hunter is wearing. And their lore specifically calls them Rangers.
Have you ever played a hunter? Because they can stealth, too. And their gameplay mechanic has been changed over the years. Rangers have always been known to be able to blend in with their surroundings. That doesn’t automatically make them rogues.
I have dabbled in Hunters…and I noticed they can’t learn Camoflauge until level 30, as a Talent trait… That’s the only way they can go into a “Stealth” mode. And the armor set I am referring to, is the armor you see the Rangari Scouts wear, in Shadowmoon Valley, for Alliance. It may not be the same set everywhere else in Draenor. Scouts are known in MANY RPG’s as Rogues, Bards, Thieves. Never a Ranger…
