Hello there. This is for the treasure delvers and collectors.
Are there a chance that we may see some old items getting an item status update or change to fit the current storage system (Like changing a normal inventory item to a Toy, or Split an item from its function to store as Transmog / Toy)?
Example 1:
Name: Theramore Tabard.
Obtained: Bombing of Theramore Event.
Use: Plant your Theramore banner.
Faction Lock: Alliance.
Alteration: Turn the current Theramore Tabard into a tabard and a toy, permitting us to transmog this tabard, as well as the ability to still place the banner. Unlock it for Horde as well.
Example 2:
Name: Brewfest Event Boss.
Obtained: Bombing of Theramore Event.
Use: Give your party a ride to the Grim Guzzler.
Faction Lock: None.
Alteration: Change this item to be a toy to free up inventory space, and thus make it available on all characters if you have looted it once.
Example 3:
Name: Simple Tent (+Rest of Warlords of Draenor tents).
Obtained: Leatherworking.
Use: Place a tent that allows resting for 5 minutes.
Faction Lock: None.
Zone Lock: Draenor Only.
Alteration: Change the WoD tents to toys, granting them the same uptime/downtime as the Dragonflight tents, remove the resting buff, thus unlocking other designs of tents.
Example 4:
Name: Argent Dawn Banner.
Type: Trinket.
Obtained: Scourge Invasion Pre-Wrath.
Use: Plant a blessed banner of the Argent Dawn, consecrating the ground beneath it.
Faction Lock: None.
Zone Lock: None.
Alteration: Change the trinket to a toy, and of course, remove the damage it was capable of doing. Maybe as flavour, let it kill undead critters.
