Hey all,
So I’ve been in several groups for this particular achievement. And everytime I’m in a group no Forbidden Scrolls will drop. Even after several hours of farming elites in The War Creche area of the Forbidden Reach.
Is it possible that this achievement in question could be drastically nerfed in the amount of scrolls needed for this achieve? Or if not, Could the drop rate be seriously raised?
Not fun farming for hours while everyone else in your party gets numerous scrolls and you get none at all to drop. Def needs to be looked at.

You should be using the scrying crystals that cost Elemental Overflow. They greatly increase the chance you will get a scroll for 60 minutes, and when you loot a scroll, the buff is consumed. Odds are that your groupmates are using them and you are not.

And join that group quest, took me <3 hrs.
Remember to buy 10 of them, everytime you loot, reuse.
I was trying to work on this achievement again tonight. I used the crystals that you mentioned and still not a single scroll dropped for me. Exact same issue last week too where others were getting scrolls and none would drop for me.
Submitted a bug report to Blizzard tonight now. As something is clearly broken with this particular achievement.
