Suggestion: Raid-style party frames "test" option

The stock UI’s raid-style party frames are pretty solid and certainly get the job done well. However, one of the worst parts about it (in my mind) is that there’s no way to test/sample them on your screen without being in that party size. If I’m going to make different profiles for 5/10/20/40 person raids, it would be great to be able to show X amount of frames on my screen so I can shift/scale/move them without actually being in that size of raid.

Please allow and option to show static sample frames so that we can adjust their size and fit them into our UIs. Allow me to simulate having a 40 man raid without going into a LFR or Epic BG just to sit in a corner to play around with my UI. (NOT THAT I DO THAT CURRENTLY!.. Just sayin it’s what I would have to do… >.>)

I agree. This irks me every time I make a new character. I would love to be able to alter them when not in a group so I don’t have to try and do such on the fly as we pull.

Want to bump this. Really need this option added. You shouldn’t need to join a BG or dungeon just to setup party/raid ui.

Great job on the default UI Blizz. I want to use them in conjunction with Clique, but can’t setup a good layout with a test function.

Edit: I bumped this particular post as it’s one of the top results on google when I search for an answer to whether this option exists or not.

Damn… They still haven’t updated to have ‘test’ options for built-in raid frames, huh? Love using it though.
