I’ll bite… what does it fix?
Population imbalance
What? How does sticking to realm specific bg’s fix population imbalance? Am I reading your earlier post wrong or did you type it wrong? I am confused.
Imbalanced server = queue times for the most populated faction.
Since that is a player created problem it has player created solution. To avoid the queues the over populated faction will reroll to the other faction, transfer or endure the queue.
Cross realm bg’s will do far more for imbalanced queue times than the infinitesimal percentage of players that would actually reroll the opposite faction.
I don’t think we’re on the same page here. Cross server bgs will only further increase faction imbalances.
Blizzard devs and I strongly disagree with that dubious claim.
I haven’t been able to find any information anywhere on the internet that proves that CRBG’s will place, or have ever placed, a priority on keeping groups server based before dipping into the CRBG pool.
Does anyone have accurate information they can cite on this particular topic?
Just don’t mix pve players with pvp players. After that all is fair.
Not a problem to solve. There is nothing wrong with faction imbalance.
