Suggestion: Make Race Change Token Last 24 hours on account

So unless they allow you to preview all animations they should make race change tokens last 24 hours on the character it’s used on. Like last night I changed to a Goblin from Earthen was going to go Troll (wish I had gone Troll) but I impulsed to a Goblin because I got the Grandma look I wanted.

Then I get in game and regret set in once I started playing content, and looking at gear for her and watching her animations. I wish I had a grace period to switch to another race like 24 hours before it’s finalized. Now I have to decide, do I just get used to Goblin or do I spend another $25.00 usd in 3 days to be a Troll.

I think for the price of race changes in WoW a 24 hour grace period isn’t too much to ask. FFXIV Fantasia (race changes) are only $10.00 so if I’m paying over double it’d be nice to have that small period to change your mind or swap to something else.

Next time, make a lowbie and test it out.

A grace period just means people could cheese it by using it for a short duration in a raid to use those racials against a boss, then swap back to their old race for another boss.

Boglins are great! you will get use to it and love it! and if you want to look like something else for while, buy those glamours, they are dirty cheap!

I’ll try I have 3 days before I can swap again!! So maybe the animations will grow on me. She is an awesome Granny Gobo

its cheaper to get gleeful glamour and see the animations and not need to make a trial
with the glamour you can see what you will look like in high end gear and weapons also

Sorry about your race change, OP. If you don’t want to spend the full price, I’m sure there will be a sale in 2 weeks when Dracthyr open up to new classes. Can get it for 30% off.

That or using the engineering toy (which is what I use). There is another. I can’t remember what it’s called, but you can buy the race of you want. Depending on the tier, it can last an hour.

So what? The degen players are on their own road to ruin. We can’t shape policies around those…people.

Don’t Class Trials still exist? You should be able to make a character and try out the animations before using services.

So there’s no reason to shove in this type exploit when solutions already exist.

But seriously the masks or whatever you can buy off the ah are insanely convenient for testing and last through death.

I think most mogs look horrible on a goblin. But if you can find a look that fits just right, everything feels better, even the the animations.

Just make a class trial, mog it and use that to playtest it.
