Suggestion, Increase the Battle.net Friends list size

many people have had 200 friends for a long time, constantly having to remove people that we will play with again is frustrating.

not saying it doesn’t need to happen, but how in the world do you have 200 people on your bnet list? I have like 15.

I would be VERY happy if they separated the BNet Friends list for every Account. Sometimes I like silence. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Definitely should be, ESPECIALLY considering it’s used for ALL their games and not just one. Way bigger bnet friends list would be a welcome change.

But I don’t pug and I don’t give out my btag. It’s only close friends and family.

ive been playing the game pretty much since it came out in 2004 and ive met a lot of people over the year especially after cross realm stuff opened up at the end of cata? Since then climbing the ladder over the years you meet a lot of good players and dont see a point in removing them shutting the door on future games / teams to play with. It should also be noted that when you play with people you meet in any blizzard game it goes onto the same friends list as well.

yeah there’s no reason they shouldn’t increase the bnet friend list size.

Guess I’m not social at all. I also regularly prune my list from inactives. Think I’m only around 40-50

200? I never see more then 20 on.

Most of my list has been off so long it no longer knows how long they been gone.

Also I’m pretty sure I read in a study people realistically only have a certain amount of friends because after a number you no longer really give them really any personal interaction.

Wait, the caps only 200? That’s low.

I’m a fairly insular person, but between friends, friends of friends, current guildies and ex-guildies as well as just the odd pug I vibe with I’m at like 170ish.

Not to mention every Blizzard game besides WoW operates exclusively on battlenet for social features.
