The War Within in my NSHO, has some of the best storylines in recent years.
However the UI used to read it seems stuck in 2004.
I highly recommend the DialogueUI addon. It makes quest text much more readable and interactive story text as well. It’s available via CurseForge.
That one looks neat. Storyline is another popular one people use apparently. I myself rather like Immersion. 
I do agree the default quest window is a little hard on the eyes.
Dialogue UI stands out because of the customization options.
Am I the only one who misses the talking heads from Legion?
With Immersion you can have that back.
