As the Title Suggests, Much like the Vastly available Quest rewards vendor that span all classes, i suggest Class Quest Vendors.
Ive personaly ran into problems with One class quest, the Voodoo Feathers Warrior Class Quest to optain Diamond flask.
As it has been told by GM’s in previous tickets of mine, GM’s and support personel are unable to assist in the recovery or replacement of Quest rewards. Due to this fact there is only one recource and that is to file a suggestion requesting that this be rectified or a Vendor be placed in the game for specific Class Quest item Options, or a Quest Repeatable to turn in your previously chosen item for a different one or for an ingame Gold requirement.
Items like Diamond Flask, which are (Though Nerfed) still count under pre-Bis or even BIS for Raiding in Classic SoM and beyond into TBC, and thus having chosen one of the other Quest reward options forced the player to considder completely rerolling his character to rectify this one mistake.
I have done ther Tier 0.5 Questline and farmed all pre-bis only to discover my Horrible fate, and as such i have but one recourse.
Please if anyone at blizzard could do Anything to assist with this issue, it would be much appreciated and Good Will will be had by all.
Warriors at lvl 50 do make the mistake of picking one of the other Horrible choises, and i made the horrible choise. I only ask that it is considdered that a Vendor or a Quest be added to the NPC that allow you to trade in your Quest reward for another.

While I sympathize with players that get into the situation where they feel they’ve picked the “wrong” reward, I’m not sure how much traction you’ll get here. To play Devil’s Advocate: How is this any different than choosing rewards for other high-profile quests like the trinkets in Ony Attunement (Blackhand’s Breadth, Eye of the Beast, Mark of Tyranny) or for the Head of Onyxia herself? Do these quest NPCs need a vendor too? This would allow players to effectively have all the rewards (just never at once) and reduce these epic quests into a respec vendor.
The good news is that there is, in fact, a precedent for some semblance of what you’re requesting: Anachronos. He allows players to swap between the Bronze dragonflight signet rings but ONLY after they are exalted with the Brood and exchange a hefty sum of scarabs for the service. I think this illustrates how the original devs of Classic wanted players to put a lot of thought into which choices they make in terms of quest rewards so that they maintain their prestige.

Turn off auto-complete quests on your add-ons instead.

This is the problem. Players viewing BiS as the be all end all. Who cares if your 1% behind what you could be if you chose that item. This mentality destroys the fun of the game. If you didnt care that you didnt have that BiS item then you wouldnt feel like rerolling either.
Just have fun and play the game without min-maxxing.

Appreciate all the replies guys, i just had to give it my best shot and see what happens. i made the concious decicion of picking the shoulder item so i could vendor it and see if there was a vendor there, but after that was done i was laughed at by almost every warrior i encountered, knowingly i started loathing my choise especialy once i reached Pre-bis lvl 60 gear and no i wont be rerolling for this one item, although seeing bigger Bloodthirst crits is one of my favorite to do.
