This may receive a lot of mixed opinions, but I think it would be a fantastic addition to the game if there was a way to allow Alts receive the Dungeon Set 2 (Tier 0.5) without going through the entire quest chain.
I love playing my main character, but now that I’ve done everything possible outside of MC to improve my character, I don’t have very much to do besides raid log.
I’d like to level up another character, but the thought of grinding the entire quest chain again is demotivating.
So don’t do the whole thing? You can easily get the first 3 pieces upgraded before you even hit 60. All BoE’s.
The next 3 pieces aren’t all that much more effort than the first 3. You get all of the beads in a single DM North now that they’re shared drops. If you started the chain right at 58, you can also finish this part before you even hit 60.
Part of the reason that classic is popular is that it is very much a complete game for your character, and not so much for a cadre of characters.
I personally think we have alt support in being able to craft gear for our alts and also the Bind to Account gear from the Supply faction.
