But still they should increase the limit regardless for people who dont want to buy the pocket pet portal for increasing the limit.

I have 1251 pets. The top collector on my realm has 1355. And he’s 9th on the WCP site.
Pretty sure the max is 2000 now. IIRC, there is something you can buy in the BFA pet shop to raise your capacity to 2000.

The one to increase your maximum pets to 2000.
It requires that you have already used the item that increased your max to 1500.
