Maining my evoker this Season makes it apparent this game needs a big red button that skips all the old unlocks. If i want to quickly go back and do any old content with friends its such a hassle.
Not just shadowlands covenants, korthia or zerath. But broken shore, argus, The bfa islands and Nazjatar.
If i go with a friend to try and duo an old raid for mog, i’m holding us up googling some scuffed chain of unlock quests for like 30 minutes. Its even worse if i have to try and walk a new friend through the process.
I wanted to work on Night fae conservatory the other day for a transmog, and i guess somewhere along the line of awkward skips i had missed one, and ended up having to do the maw night fae intro?
Hek i just wanted to grab the trash master title real quick today because i think its fun, i don’t even care its per character. I farmed heroic mechagon a bit, got the cape and was faced with having to awkwardly figure out how to unlock the voldune alliance hub. I had already picked the nazmir unlock to try and get to uldir with a friend a few weeks ago, so i’m going to have to clean up that chain of quests. as well as the voldune opener, and Jani’s intro just to hand over the stupid cloak xd. (This is all garbage that clogs up the quest log if you leave and come back to it)
I get this is probably long winded but the point is, this is all like all very “who cares” content that i’ve already done a dozen times over the years. Just let me hit the big red button and do hood stuff with my friends.
P.S I get wanting people to not be cheated out of an experience but maybe its time to take a hard look at the game and figure out some sort of quest replay system so y’all don’t have to be so gunshy and rigid with skips.
