That looks neat to me. But you want feedback, so I’ll nitpick a little.
I suggest hiding or condensing down more abilities and things you have softly hidden on the side.
For example, you have a weak aura showing blessing cooldowns. Well, if you have that, then you don’t really need to see those on the hotbar. Could have those on an invisible bar with the same bindings and still see your cooldown.
You can also tuck away more things into mouseover macros and (probably) have them on keys you’re already pressing. Not just abilities, but things like mounts and hearthing as well. Also a good home for out of combat rez. That might be enough to ditch the vertical bars altogether instead of softening them.
I’d ditch Decursive and just use a macro or click-casting addon with your normal party/raid frames for dispelling.
I honestly need a better mouse so I can add more spells to it and get rid of some of the bloat on my screen…but thx for the inputs
