I was playing normally in Legion content and suddenly I got disconnected and can’t log back on. I can enter the character selection screen and stay there if I want, but when I connect with a character, after the loading, I get insta-DCed.
None of my characters are able to connect and sustain the connection. Just to make it even clear: I connect to the realm really fast, not a single problem there, not a problem to stay at the character selection screen. The problem is when I select a character and it finishes the loading.
Saw other players with the same issue during today reporting this here on the forums.
Already tried with three different connections: my neighbour (which has a differente internet provider than me), my connection and my mobile data connection. None works.
Already tried to reset my router, unplug it and plug it back on, the ip release, renew e flush, deleting the Battle.net cache, logging out and back on to the Battle.net app, clearing my addons even though I didn’t installed any new addon.
Right-click on the downloaded .zip folder and select “Extract All”, to extract the files to a new folder.
Open the new folder that was created, then open the WinMTR_x64 folder.
Right-click on the WinMTR application and select “Run as administrator”.
Type the IP address 24.105.62.129 in the “Host” field.
Click on “Start” and then launch the game a couple of times, it’s ok if you get disconnected but go ahead and allow the test to run for at least 10 minutes. Click on “Stop” after 10 minutes and a couple of attempts are made.
Click on “Copy Text to Clipboard”, paste the results here, then highlight everything and hit the </> button in the posting section so it will allow links.
I am also having this same problem as of today 11/23/2020. This just started today. With all addons disabled. Going on all the time while in ICC killing the rares. I have not tried other areas. Here is the WinMTR you requested from the previous user. I don’t see time stamps but I did get one disconnect 51900319 within the ten minute time period.
