Sudden Doom Popping 3 wounds? Supposed to be 2?

Is any one else having sudden doom procs pop 3 wounds. I thought the doomburst tooltip said it would pop only 2. Am i missing something here?

My guy mine only pops 1 wound the heck is yours popping 2?!

Pvp talent does 2, new sudden doom proc does 1 baseline. So with the pvp talent it is 3 in total.

But only in PVP content right? Not PVE?

Anytime you have pvp talents active. So pvp and in warmode in the open world.

WM talents dont take affect in Mythics/Raids then Iā€™m Assuming?

It only works in pvp content or content where pvp is available like open world warmode.
