Sudden Connection Issue

4 days ago I received error code BLZ51901016, after submitting a ticket I followed all of the instructions to reset my user interface, updating my drivers, etc. After preforming all of these tasks I received error code BLZ51900382. I have tried a different network completely with no success. I have cancelled my account until this is resolved. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try a vpn, if you can connect that way it’s a routing issue. Then it’s up to the isp and the backbone provider to reset their routing. It probably will have to be escalated to a higher tier within the isp.

Did you choose a location near your city for the VPN? You need to choose something farther away.
