PSA, If you attempt to complete the Subtlety Rogue artifact weapon quest before level 24, you will be soft-locked on progression when you reach the artifact weapon quest. The quest line requires you to use Pick Pocket, which you do not learn until 24.
you should get a special button icon to pick pocket the jailor, how do I know? I’ve done it multiple times (not a remix however)
same for assassination, you are required to PP 3 guards. so unless i am missing something, you need to be 24 to start the campaign?
