Why was my account automatically renewed? I had stopped my subscription a long time ago. Then I get an email stating that I added time. Umm no.
Not sure, but you can follow up with billing and request a refund. Just make sure the account is actually cancelled.
I did was just odd. I have an authenticator on my account too.
Update, I see what happend I paused it by accident rather than canceling it.
