My retail account is active until the end of the month, yet my classic account says sub expired? have I missed something? it’s it a bug or do we need to pay now?
Are you looking at the same wow account? Like wow1, wow2, etc.

I unsubbed for a while because I was done playing retail, but came back to play some Classic Era. For like 2 weeks the forums told me I didn’t have a subscription even though I was able to play the game.
do you have more than 1 account? If so, make sure you’re selected the correct account.
Generally this is something that can happen, I had this problem on occasion when I still had multiple accounts (down to 2 now)
