Sorry, I thought this was funny, and wondered if anyone else got an email from Blizz saying they enjoy having you as a customer and oh, by the way, your sub payment is due in 23 days?
Like, ok, I get a payment reminder (like credit cards do), but TWENTY THREE DAYS??? Are you that hard up for money guys? LMAO
Anyone else get one of those and did I read it wrong?

They don’t talk to me when I unsub… I usually leave a long list of stuff I don’t like about the game so they snub me.
I didn’t even unsub though. I have an active subscription. The email said they were just “checking in”. /shrug
The AI told them you were having negative thoughts…

Im ok with this. I have a year sub and not exactly sure when it expires. I cant remember if it ends in January or February or such.
I’ve been on WOW for over 15 years. I am going to assume it’s a dumb pishing attempt as I have never gotten subscription reminder before.

They just remind me it will be automatic or a reminder. Most times I have to look up when the times come. They don’t want to automatically take your money without you knowing, and asking early just means that get your money so it can make money for them, and the sonner the better.
I for this as well and I don’t unsub so I just deleted the email
I just get free gametime through tokens if I care enough to keep going.
It’s gotta be a really bad phishing attempt.

They aren’t really desperate for money if they are reminding you of an automatic recurring payment.
While 23 days ahead for a 1 month is a bit much. More companies should remind you of automatic recurring subscriptions. Most hope you just forget.

I got one that my subscription will expire in 200+ days. They just send them out occasionally.

I feel like this is pretty standard with most subscriptions. I always get emails as reminders of upcoming automated renewals, up to a month in advance if it’s a yearly sub. Honestly, if they were just wanting OP’s money, they’d be better off not reminding them at all.

Are you on a yearly subscription? Maybe that was running out. A Nice reminder after a Year would be Great.

Of all the things to get annoyed over… who knew a reminder email on a recurring sub would bring out so much negativity.
