I see I have a gift to redeem for my sub but for some reason its only letting me select Taiwan/Korea/EU. I live in Aus so need US/OCE options… what’s going on Blizz…!!!

Check in game to make sure you don’t already have a gift in your mounts waiting for you. That’s where everyone else’s was.

same issue, the companion pet showed up in Cata but no mount at all.
if your subbed for that license’s region than it can only be redeemed on that license’s region. otherwise if its a bug submit a bug report.
I logged in and noticed my char’s mount icon lit up. So I opened my mount page and saw an unwrapped item. Unwrapped it and the mount went into the mount list.
A bit later I was getting a notice on my battlenet page that I had a gift. Opened it up and it gave me options but no for US.
I figured it was just buggy since I already got the mount ingame.

it was available to be redeemed ingame… just a bug it seems…? small indie company I guess…
