Submarines have been in the game for a while now. The one during the end of the Legion Priest class hall campaign is absolutely amazing.
Let’s get these as underwater mounts please!
Also, Goblins are more than capable of making flying submarines, right?

YES! I actually submitted a suggestion in-game for this a while back! 
See what you’re describing here is exactly why we need a Submarine mount. We deserve more than just recolors of jellyfish and seahorses.

This is me when I get a submarine.
People have been screaming for a Beatle-esque Yellow Submarine, or a Nautilus multi-passenger Submarine, since Wrath. During BfA when the Dreadwake came out, people again were asking for a sub. Nothing.
To be fair, aquatic mounts suck in this game. They aren’t fast enough, nor do they require use often enough to enjoy them.
How about a submarine that converts to an airplane when it goes to fly?

Have the Great Sea Ray and a Kalu’ak fishing pole which allows me to do the whole 20,000 leagues under the sea. It can be a fun way to spend some time in a very relaxing setting and occasionally find a hidden Easter egg.

I don’t either. I’m a druid, and my underwater forms are all superior to water mounts.
That said, the ottuks are amazing, and we’re long overdue for something that isn’t a jellyfish or a seahorse.
The ottuks were exciting as amphibious mounts, but they are ground and aquatic only.
A goblin-make submarine that is aquatic, ground, and air? Heck YES, I’ll vote for you.
Need is relative, and mounts aren’t about need anyway.
Travel form works fine underwater. No additional mounts needed.
Funny thing is the mechaspider has an animation for this. It just doesn’t give you a swim boost nor underwater breathing. On ground, spider, in the air, legs turn into thrusters. In the see, you get a little propeller.
I just wish we could breath underwater on our seahorse mounts first. You have to keep coming up for air and them and if you are even a few pixels to far above the waters surface when you go up for air it will auto dismount you and you have to waste all that time mounting up again. Should be able to have an air bubble get auto summoned around our heads while underwater on those mounts.
when they make an underwater expansion. We’ve had flying, we’ve got a car incoming. It’ll happen!
The sea turtle is much better about this than most water mounts.
It seems to bob above water without dismounting better than other aquatic mount models.
I still use it, despite the aged model b/c I’m proud of having gotten one, first of all, and second because it doesn’t dismount me as easily, like you said.
I mean, back in cata we had a whole zone that was underwater. Back when shamans still had their underwater breathing as well. RIP

I feel like subs will be a thing in the future. We have mech mounts, helicopters another mechanical mounts, so why not subs?
