Doubtful. Everyone knows Horde faction is locked on Nightslayer, even me… an Alliance playing on Dreamscythe. Any “friends” playing there would certainly know. Your little story isn’t going to convince Blizzard to open up Horde creation on Nightslayer.

There are occasional times you can make a horde on nightslayer. I was able to last month during a period of inactivity, unfortunately there is no way to find out those times other than trying, its down to luck.
complain that you can’t create a character on over populated faction, complain when factions are imbalanced

Character Select → Create New Character → Grayed Out → Back Out → Create New Character until Horde is lit up.
The balance is dynamic and will update every minute. Keep trying.

Yep. Faerlina, again. or Illidan…again. All these at some point were 70/30 at some point. then snowballed…to 90+/10-.
try every hour or so op. you can get lucky and sneak in 1 horde sign up when some alliance are created.
Cata grobb alliance had the same lock on it. It took me about 4 days to see that window to make one.
Wait 5 minutes. Every time I’ve looked at NS, Horde isn’t locked.
