Seems understandable to me. I figured this was a temporary thing so people waiting for classic could post here.
Right now, people who aren’t subscribed like Trial accounts, can post in the Classic forums. From August 27th, trial players will not be able to make a Level 10 toon and troll the forums.
Looks like it. 
I’d think they would have done so when they moved the forum if they were going to do so.
