My first dose of reality on my Spriest, full health, just hit 60 few days ago have about 23k health. Grinding a mob, have my shield up so full health, next thing I know I’m cheap shotted and dead before I could even disperse (honestly thought I aggro’d a mob from behind). I checked my combat log and his opener was 10k alone. He did about 22-23k damage in about 3-4 seconds. Seems working as intended.

Literally just got 100-0 minutes ago in a Cheap Shot by a single rogue. Wearing full verse gear with trinket bonus.

Globals, casting on mobs, etc, then initially thought I aggro’d another mob but when I found out it was a rogue and I was dead I checked my log.
Nah it was in a BG. First time trinket was down. I complete melted in a cheap shot. Had to do a double take because I died so quick.
Second time, get jumped by the same rogue. The moment I hear the Cheap Shot I trinket and immeditaly Turtle. By the time my Turtle fires off I was already at 1/2 health. Probably took 1 second.
Damage is still insane.
Ya pve trinkets aren’t on the gcd. Don’t blame rogue for them blame blizzard for designing them and just tickling them with 50% nerfs. So they only take half your health now.
Granted, ofc, rogue is in the best position to abuse them. Haven’t even seen anyone try the big shadowstrike build yet but it’s probably just as busted as Kyrian tbh. 10 stack in a sap, 30% shadowstrike dam legendary + the rest of the usual suspects -> Skulkers, easy “oneshot” probably.

Lolwut >_> Rogues aren’t an issue rofl. If that were a ret you wouldn’t have even been cheapshot. You’d just have died from 40 yards not even knowing what hit you as you scrolled through your combat log.

? Yes I que RMP, but I also que RMD, and WMD/WMP. I also spend more time on my Lock these days because I don’t like the way mage plays right now (especially in torghast, aids). Should we bring up how you’re a fotm Ele that just rerolled to abuse RNG 1shots yet you can’t get over 1500?
I got killed in a cheapshot to a geared sub rogue today in a skirmish and his Echo only struck 2k. Shadowstrikes were the biggest hits. I have 27khp.
I trinkets the cheap immediately, double rolled to hopefully avoid the step and he still caught up and punched my teeth in

roll once, he steps, leg sweep… if he trinks roll again or tele out
only works if they are slowed
How is that not enough time to disperse?

Talking about trinkets and saying it’s rogues doing the damage, is something blizzard doesn’t separate.
