The problem is he’s not 3k because he as the rogue contributed anything more than stuns. His fire mage and disc did basically all the damage while he wasn’t able to contribute anything substantial.

He’s a very good sub rogue that just wants to be able to contribute to his team other than just spamming cheap shot

So control isn’t contributing? Support spec doesn’t have to have mongo or decent damage to be a great spec.

I would never play Sub, thats only because Outlaw is so much fun but i see people saying it’s bad and i also see some t1 players saying its good.

Im all for Sub getting damage buffs but then it needs to lose some control.

ur just saying the same thing over and over fam. the point is we arent asking for assassin levels of sustained damage. We just want back stab to hit slightly harder for the 35 energy you need to use it, and some actual damage during our burst. the trade off is the fact we dont have nearly the same amount of sustain as other classes such as UHdk, and Arms war, but we have more cc and the same burst potential. right now all we have is the cc (which is literally just cheap shot btw), with 0 sustained, and slight burst potential. what would be great for the class is if there were honor talents reverting shadow dance back to pre legion, and giving sub a damage buff during the dance.

Also for comparison as an assassin rogue I can actually lock a healer down longer than a sub rogue if we do a swap to him by using kidney>vanish>cheap>garrote silence. Literally a 12 second chain, while all my bleeds and poisons are ticking, and im throwing massive damage from mut and envenom in there.

The fact is if you think sub is in a good state atm you are very mistaken, im sorry

People who think sub is fine and die to them literally dont realize how hard they got outplayed. Thats just the reality. If you die to sub rogue in this dampening meta you really really screwed up. People who say sub is fine in 2018 shouldnt get any say. Dont @ me thats just how i feel.

Stungodx - I know ur a 3k rated player seen you go against pika and cdew teams. (2 streamers I watch a lot). You said on a good day during ur burst you can do 50% of someone’s hp in a cold blood. You seriously think that is ok, in a 3’s game where 2 other (if ur playing with a disc priest) are contributing damage?

No, way should Sub do that much damage sustained with the amount of control that they bring. Game is never fun with Sub’s are OP. =)

I’d argue outlaw has more control than sub, so I don’t know why sub got pigeon hold into the “control” spec. Ranged stun, gouge, sap, cheap shot, blind and I’m pretty sure they have disarm.

Sub needs some damage back atleast for their burst windows.

Currently mw monks with way of the crane burst harder than sub lol.
