I had a 3 month sub and it ends on patch day. I’d really only resub to do more kyrian quests and see Tyrande do whatevers going on with her.
Dungeons/pvp/collections are just filler for me. Those two parts above are kind of why I liked playing and when I ran out of kyrian quests all I did was gear up and it wasn’t half as fulfilling as helping the kyrians with all their problems. Game got really dull and boring after those were done.
So, do I sub again? I saw they made new kyrian things, but is it more quests or just gears I have to grind for?
Because, like look at my outfit, I’m pretty set on things I want. I have 7, SEVEN, sets of +200ish items transmogged into 7 different outfits. I have a pink bunny and a pink hippogryph. I don’t want to collect anything else. PINK PINK PINK. PINK PINK PINK.
You could always re-up for a single month and see how it goes. You sound like you’re on the fence currently, so maybe take a week or two off and then decide if you want to try it and sub for just 1 month.
I don’t need to re-sub to see how it goes, I already know the story.
Theres going to be some story quests I can do that I will enjoy and then there will be a rediculous gear threshold I have to reach. Thats just whats going to happen. They might add some toys or random things I might enjoy going after, but for the most part, its already kind of what it is.
In response to blu, yes blizzard does love me. Always has since beta. They give me almost everything I want. And I love blizzard, what they have created is kind of amazing. I do dislike the fact that they are always trying to make me ugly. Beautiful people don’t like that, incase you wonder why your wife is unhappy.
But its summer and covid is about over with. Vacations are back into being and theres actually things I can do outside now. I can go on a cruise or visit Europe or any number of things outside of this.
It was fun, I liked the kyrian quests as I said before and Bastion was great. Whoever did that is my hero, without bastion I would never have come here and made this thread.

Huh… what’s the attitude for when I just said that most of the patch regarding quests are behind renown. New gear I think included for covenants… and the usual gear stuff to add from raid — not sure why the reply, wasn’t trying to be negative to you.
Invite him in… he seems like a nice guy. Maybe visit the forums and chat about some peoples concerns. He probably wont alter what he and his bosses have decided on… but so what… I guess we are supposed to pretend he is some kind of demon or something. Children need monsters and villains.

I’m here until I get to do the story to get flying and then I’m out. I’m having more fun in ffxiv at the moment and also I have the latest eso expansion I should play since I bought it lol. I’m taking a break from SWTOR and wow (my traditional two main mmos), if you’re not having fun I think it’s okay to break off for however long!
If you are having fun though then I think that answers your question, also as to your point about vacations etc rn I too am not in too much of a gaming mood for the same reason, I’ll be vaccinated soon in time for my birthday and have a birthday trip to Cancun in august planned and just in general I wanna be out more when I can.
