I didn’t get to exploit the event day 1. So its a 0/10 for me.

Im not gonna cap you dont even need to exploit it.
All i did was make sure youre in a group of 5.
We were getting 400-600 blood every event just running around fighting everyone.
you clearly did benefit from the pre nerf version regardless.

If you have done this is a decent group you would see it’s completely pointless unless I’m totally missing something.
My last group got 480 blood.
We were Rogue (me), Shadow priest, boomie, feral and disc priest.
I didn’t even do the event until after they added that 1 minute debuff.
Calling it an exploit seems incorrect. It was a brand new game mode that didn’t come with an instruction manual or design document to players. So people attended the event and did the thing that was available. Attaching the word exploit to it suggest a sort of malicious intent of the players involved.
It was Blizzard’s error, not those who were there and did killing in and event about killing.

Not sure why all of a sudden I’m being accused of it.
I ran a 5 man group with 2 of the people being pugs and I got my dagger in 3 events.

PvP is obviously easier when you outlevel your opponent. Especially if you are powergrinding PvP currency.
Anyway, comments in this thread smell of tall poppy syndrome.

Event is not what I wanted it to be. That said, it’s better than Ashenvale and it’s a new experience I have not seen in WoW before.
Anywho, pulling ~400 coins per game, it is a long but doable “grind”, which I think is something that was needed. Ashenvale was over way too quickly in terms of player progression.
It’s pretty bad. Make a FFA event but allow groups? Zero thought went into this. They should have made the event Horde vs Alliance.

Agree here. Shouldn’t be allowed to group.
That is my only complaint with the event.
It would be substantially better if it was a true FFA. This also goes for arena chest which spawns at same time. This is only ever taken by groups of 5
