I stumbled on a bunch of ally in a cave somehow killing other Ally and gaining blood.
They would have Ally bots or players (IDK), sit in a corner in a cave, and the other ally would kill them for blood.
Its an obvious exploit of the game mechanics.

Sounds normal. Sounds like the event.
The STV event is FFA so horde can kill horde and alliance can kill alliance.
So long as people aren’t in the same group they can attack and kill anyone who isn’t protected by the Zandalari Emissary buff.
You are right.
Still very exploitative.
It’s not different if I was ganking the same guy over and over in the event on my rogue if the player keeps going back to the same general spot.
And there isn’t any rule against a friend letting me kill them non stop to farm currency from them. Though it’s far more efficient to kill players near the loa champion.
If you think its bots do report them. Nothing will likely happen though unless they are caught using botting software etc.
How many blood are they getting per event?
Doesn’t sound better than 5 mages hitting arcane explosion, can’t be good enough to be an exploit
