I've done literally everything possible to stop the stuttering and it wont go away. This has only happened this xpac and ive been using the same pc for a couple years now sooooo. If someone could just gimme stuff that helped them i'd appreciate it.

Stuttering can be caused by a couple of things, from an issues on the computer to latency. Lets try the following steps to see if they help:
UI Reset
Driver Update
Close Background Applications
Scan and Repair
DNS Flush
Powercycle
If things continue after these steps please get us the following files so we can take a further look into things for you:
WinMTR
DXDIAG
