I did a mythic Battle of Dazar’alor run with guild, killed first boss and skipped the cinematic. From that point on all of my characters move with a stutter, my keyboard is not broken. If I hold WD or WA to run in a circle, my character will stop, move, stop, move and run in a square instead eventually DC me from the game. This completely ruins my gameplay experience, and I demand restitution.
Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?
First step lets try a full UI reset you dont have to delete just rename or remove folders and then restart the launcher restitution wont happen.
didn’t work
Hi there and welcome to Customer Support, not to be confused with Customer Service. If stuttered movement was considered ‘game breaking’ and worthy of restitution, ho-boy. That would take a whole new division of its own.
While you’ve been offered the first step in being told to do a full UI reset, I would honestly point you to the bug forum rather than here, as this forum is one for players to assist other players. This? I honestly cannot recall seeing anyone else with a similar issue, so it may be something better suited to Bug Support or Tech Support. We do not have GMs or Devs on this particular forum, only us other players and our SFAs. I might even suggest you submit a ticket if this continues to be an issue.
There is no customer service forum
Correct. If you require assistance directly from Blizzard, then you will need to submit a ticket. As your issue appears to be of a more technical nature, you can submit a ticket for Technical Support.

You can let them know in the ticket that you have already performed the full UI reset and that it did not help with your issue.
Looks like you were moved to Tech Support Ambassador. Couple things to try here:
First run the games scan/repair function. Close game then Bnet launcher. Restart computer. Right click on the Bnet launcher icon - select - Run as Administrator from context menu.
Click on the gear Icon beside Play button on launcher. Look for scan/repair.
If that doesn’t help test while in a Selective Startup state:
Closing Background Applications - Blizzard Support (battle.net)
