Hey guys I know this might not be the place to post this but I had some massive lag while loading a new zone or just randomly in a Dungeon… and not actual FPS drop… Just lag spikes while turning my camera like for example after using my Hearthstone.
Here’s a solution: Open your WoW folder directory and under Retail > WTF > Config.txt paste this into the file: SET GxAllowCachelessShaderMode “0”
Try it out… Tell me if it works!

Drop settings, disable add-ons, update drivers?
Did all this. Drivers have been up to date since pre patch.
What are your system specs?
I am not even playing the game anymore, nothing to do on it right now. So I don’t really care until we hit the DF patch. But thank you for the heads up, solution noted. 
Disable addons is always my first recommendation. Second is check your video settings. Lower the particle effects and all the bling bling. It’s not needed and actually becomes distracting in raids.
FYI Blizzard made a hot fix and now the settings in the OP are STANDARD. Don’t mess around with files.
